Louis Montgomery Jr. is BrainWorks subject matter expert for Clean Tech and Renewables Energy. Through his decade of executive search experience, he has successfully placed a variety of leadership talent in different areas of the Renewable Energy Ecosystem.
Prior to moving into Executive Search, Louis had more than 25 years of experience as a Human Resources Practitioner and Recruitment Leader with several major Fortune 100 firms including, AES, IBM, Frito Lay, Kraft Foods, and Altria. He is an author, thought leader and Hogan Assessments certified executive coach.
Louis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) from Cornell University. He is member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations Advisory Council, ILR Alumni Association Board of Directors, Board of Directors of Y of Central Maryland.
