Patrick Costello

Patrick Costello joins BrainWorks as Director for the Sales & Marketing Practice with close to 10 years of Sales and Recruitment experience. He focuses on Sales and Marketing roles for early to middle stage companies covering multiple technologies including SaaS, Finance, Fashion, Artificial Intelligence and CPG. Patrick strives to understand a client’s needs in order to create a genuine and long-lasting partnership. Patrick listens and strategizes with our client companies and is committed to providing best-in-class recruitment in a timely manner.

Patrick grew up in southern California but moved to Nashville 3 years ago. He has 2 Labrador retrievers named Finnley and Shadow.  When not working, he is an avid golfer during warm weather, while enjoying snowboarding during the winter months.
