Ryan Keller joins BrainWorks to lead the contract staffing practice, focusing on contract, consulting, and temporary staffing in the Technology, Product, and Engineering sectors of IT. He received his B.A. in Economics from East Carolina University in 2018. After graduation, Ryan moved to Charlotte and began his career in the staffing industry. He quickly moved into Business Development and leadership roles, helping to establish Metro Systems’ Charlotte office and later supporting the Midwest regional offices in Austin, St. Louis, and Denver. Ryan won multiple sales contests, including the President’s Club, and successfully managed a team of recruiters and sales leaders. He is passionate about providing top talent to clients, offering the best opportunities to contractors while building strong relationships that drive growth for everyone involved.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing flag football and basketball. He is also the proud owner of a 9-year-old golden retriever named Cali. Ryan loves to travel and particularly spends time on the beach as well as in the mountains.
