Stephanie Newman

Stephanie Newman joins BrainWorks as the Managing Director of Attorney Recruiting. Stephanie spent over two decades in leadership roles with Adecco USA’s attorney recruiting and legal staffing division, Parker + Lynch Legal (now known as LHH). In her last position Stephanie served as National Vice President of Attorney Recruiting. She also owned a boutique legal search firm for 2 years immediately prior to joining BrainWorks.

Stephanie is an experienced and collaborative attorney recruiter who’s built an extensive network of contacts in the legal industry. She works with AmLaw, regional, and boutique law firms as well as corporations of all sizes. Whether she is coaching attorney candidates on how to best navigate a potential job search or partnering with law firm clients to help them strategically grow their firm, her approach is always thoughtful, and her goal is to ensure that both sides are set up for long-term success.

Stephanie is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, with a focus on employment for adults with autism. She volunteers with Autism Speaks’ adult employment group, and in 2022 she founded The Do Good Crew LLC, a NJ based volunteer group for autistic teens and young adults. The group provides autistic individuals with meaningful volunteer opportunities with businesses.

Stephanie lives in NJ with her husband, two teenage sons and two dogs. They have a shared passion for Disney World and visit there as much as possible! They are die-hard NJ Devils fans and enjoy watching games together. She also enjoys spending down-time with her family at their vacation home in Florida.
