JOB SUMMARY:
A stable leading manufacturing organization is urgently hiring, within their accounting team, for an Accounts Payable professional. The AP specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, coordinating with vendors, reconciling discrepancies and contributing to the overall efficiency of the accounting services team. The ideal candidate must be well versed with the full cycle accounts payable process along with strong technical skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full cycle accounts payable.
  • High volume invoice processing.
  • Reviewing & reconciling discrepancies.
  • Research and resolve vendor questions on invoice discrepancies.
  • Ensuring accuracy and documentation of all payments

QUALIFICATIONS & BENEFITS:
