Our client, a well-established organization in the healthcare and benefits administration industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Cash Application Specialist to join their team and take ownership of end-to-end ownership of the AR process. join their team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage cash application processes for 2,000+ monthly transactions, including ACH, wire transfers, and physical checks.
  • Retrieve and process payments through banking portals, lockboxes, and automated ERP systems.
  • Use Excel for data tracking and analysis (pivot tables, v-lookups).
  • Track and address delinquent payments by sending invoices via email.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for accurate payment reconciliation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or higher.
  • 3+ years of cash applications and accounts receivable experience.
  • Proven experience handling ACH payments, wire transfers, and physical checks.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
  • Experience with automated ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with NetSuite and Kyriba.
