Our client, a fast-growing company, is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This is an exciting opportunity that will drive AI adoption across the firm’s operations, products, and services. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can both strategize and build—someone who understands AI, engineering, and IT deeply and can implement transformative technology solutions at scale.
Successful candidates will have successfully used AI to optimize business performance, managed development teams, and can seamlessly integrate AI into sales, operations, and decision-making. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with deep engineering, product, and AI expertise and an intimate understanding of the latest available technologies, including AI, data infrastructure, and automation.
**This position will require office hours in Las Vegas. Excellent compensation and relocation package is available**
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, preferably in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments. (CTO, VP)
- Proven track record of leading and scaling AI and technology teams in high-growth companies or fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience with software architecture, product development, IT infrastructure, and IT operations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing IT projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT systems, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data management, and emerging technologies.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, regulatory compliance, and responsible AI development.
- Experience in AI/ML, cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, SaaS platforms, or enterprise technology is highly desirable.
- Ability to showcase real-world AI applications that have improved productivity.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovation and business transformation with a hands-on approach.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing technology teams.
