Estate Planning, Administration with Trial Experience – Bucks Country (Blue Bell – Exton) Pennsylvania

Overview of Role:

• 3+ years of estate and trust, tax administration knowledge with the ability to litigate in court.
• Candidate must have good credentials.
• Understanding of various trust documents such as Charitable Trusts, Insurance Trusts, and Qualified Personal Residence Trusts.
• Some experience with fiduciary litigation, guardianships, and contested wills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to work with numbers and tax documents.
• Clerkships in Orphan’s Court is a huge plus
• Great culture and compensation package.
