WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. A successful Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organizational enhancing productivity, efficiency, and communication across the executive team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing their day-to- day workflows ensuring that they can each efficiently lead their teams accomplishing key company initiatives and goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling for Executives, ensuring optimal time management
- Coordinate travel arrangements (including, itineraries, reservations, and accommodations for all company-related trips)
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and materials preparation
- Screen and prioritize incoming communication (emails, calls, mail) to facilitate effective communication flow.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents; Draft and distribute communications on
- behalf of executives, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company messaging
- Assist in research and data compilation to support decision-making and project management
- Proactively identify opportunities that enhance efficiency and streamline processes
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and anticipating needs
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination and support across the organization
- Participate in special projects and assignments, as required
- Participate in all other miscellaneous SMPL and departmental tasks, as required
- Attend departmental/cross-functional meetings
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels
- Foster positive relationships and professional interactions; Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential
- information with the utmost discretion
- Confidence to propose effective solutions to executives; Proven ability to anticipate needs, identify issues, and problem solve
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly shift priorities
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with an acute attention to detail
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 6 years of executive assistant experience, preferably within the CPG industry, or related field
- Proficient in all Microsoft Outlook products (Outlook, Calendar, Tasks, Notes), with advanced knowledge of Microsoft
- Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience managing leadership’s calendar and coordinating and scheduling meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The health, satisfaction and well-being of our employees are important to us and an integral part of our organization’s goals. In this spirit, we are excited to share the available compensation for this role, which includes a base salary range and an annual short-term incentive.
The CO base range is: $75,000 to $90,000 exclusive of benefits or additional incentives (https://www.thesimplygoodfoodscompany.com/careers). Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual short-term incentive target of 5%. If you are hired at Simply Goods Foods, your final base salary compensation will be determined based upon such factors as: geographic locations, skills, training, education and/or experience. Please keep in mind that hiring at the range maximum would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
