About us: BrainWorks Human Resources Search is partnered with a Transportation & Farming Company for their Grant Writer vacancy. This role will involve researching funding opportunities, writing proposals, and managing grant submission processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify relevant grant opportunities.
- Develop and write persuasive grant proposals.
- Collaborate with the President to gather necessary project details.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
- Review and edit proposals for clarity and alignment with funder guidelines.
- Maintain a database of grant applications and outcomes.
- Cultivate relationships with current and prospective funders.
- Assist in preparing grant reports and monitor application outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in grant writing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of grant writing and fundraising experience.
- Proven success securing grants from various sources.
Compensation:
- $60k – $100k base salary plus discretionary bonus
- Hybrid
