ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead their marketing team. The individual will be responsible for the leadership, strategy, and execution of all branding, creative output, marketing, and communication efforts across the platform. This leadership role is instrumental in supporting our client’s growth initiatives and elevating their market presence and reputation within the markets in which they operate.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, extremely creative, has a keen eye for details, a passion for design and branding, is highly organized, and is hyper focused on quality while providing outstanding customer service. You will be part of a team that thrives in a fast paced deadline-driven environment and focuses on collaboration, problem solving, and exceptional creative execution for our deal teams. The candidate will report to the company’s Chief Operating Officer.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop, lead and manage the comprehensive marketing strategy, including branding, creative output, graphic design, collateral, website, communications (PR and social media), signage, etc. ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence and accountability. In addition, elevate our standards and operating practices to help streamline needs and communication internally and externally.
  • Branding: Protect and enhance the company’s brand – ensure continuity, consistency, quality, relevance, and impactful messaging.
  • Creative Output: Lead the creation of high-quality deliverables – corporate brochures, pitch decks, investor and prospect presentations, property flyers, videos, property websites, aerials, signage.
  • Marketing Innovation: Keep up with the latest marketing trends, technology, and innovations. Identify opportunities to elevate and differentiate our brand and deliverables/collateral from the competition.
  • Marketing Communications: Manage all aspects of marketing communications, including internal and external communications, public relations (PR), and digital marketing.
  • Public Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to enhance the company’s brand, visibility and reputation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business initiatives across the platform.
  • Vendor Oversight and Relationships: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring they meet the company’s standards and deliver high-quality services.
  • Event Management: Plan, execute, and oversee company events, including industry conferences, client events, and internal company events.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet strategic goals.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ marketing experience, with at least 4 years’ experience within the commercial real estate or related industry.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of programs: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premier, or similar.

  • Leader and collaborator with excellent customer service skills, who can manage expectations and provide innovative, client-focused, creative solutions.
  • Extensive experience spearheading exceptional creative content – presentations, offering memorandums, pitch decks, property marketing collateral, etc.
  • Highly organized individual with a service mindset, strong work ethic and attention to details.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage and execute multiple projects at a high level in a fast-paced, deadline driven, team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
