As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, expanding retail relationships across pet and FDM, and building brand awareness.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Sales Pipeline: Identify, engage, and win new business across national and regional retail, including PetSmart (expansion), Petco, Target, Costco, Sam’s, BJ’s, Walmart, and other grocery and FDM targets.
  • Drive Revenue: Hit growth KPIs by delivering new distribution wins and expanding existing accounts.
  • Tell the Company Story: Lead with their product, data, and mission. Once in the room, the company wins, you know the buyers and get the meeting.
  • Broker Management: Audit, manage, and maximize broker relationships
  • Collaborate Closely: Work with ops, supply chain, and marketing to ensure alignment from sourcing to shelf.
  • Act Like an Owner. You think long-term, drive impact, and want the opportunity to build a business.
