We are exclusively partnering with a midsize PA law firm in their search for an experienced Senior Associate or Junior Partner in Labor & Employment. This position will inherit a book of business from a retiring attorney, an exceptional opportunity. The firm has an outstanding reputation, and many partners originate from prestigious AmLaw firms. The firm offers flexibility and work life balance, and they are strategically positioned for long-term, sustainable growth.
Key highlights about the position:
- Senior Associate/Junior Partner level experience in Labor & Employment
- Experience with litigation, defending businesses in discrimination, EEO, ADA, NLRB and union experience a plus.
- First or second chair trial and arbitration experience.
- Must posess excellent communication skills with the ability to help problem solve complicated employment situations in various industries.
- Experience with employee handbooks, personnel policies, employment agreements, restrictive covenants and NDA’s.
- Position will act as firm counsel on various employment matters.
- Will assist other practice areas when it runs over into L&E.
