THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a Marketing Analytics Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of marketing analytics, ensuring we measure what matters and act on data-driven insights. You will develop attribution models, optimize marketing spend, and enhance funnel efficiency, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve targeting and engagement. This is an

OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Built and maintained marketing analytics dashboards that provide actionable insights across campaigns, channels, and customer segments.
- Developed attribution models that quantify the impact of various marketing touchpoints on revenue generation.
- Conducted deep-dive funnel and conversion analyses, identifying optimization opportunities to improve lead quality and sales alignment.
- Designed and analyzed A/B testing experiments to enhance campaign effectiveness and engagement strategies.
- Partnered with Finance, Growth, and Sales Ops teams to provide marketing spend analysis and pipeline forecasting support.
- Ensured seamless integration of marketing analytics with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Created and maintained a marketing data governance strategy, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.

- Establish a robust marketing performance measurement framework, defining key KPIs and creating real-time dashboards.
- Develop and implement a multi-touch attribution model to accurately assess the effectiveness of various marketing channels.
- Optimize lead-to-revenue funnel performance, identifying and addressing drop-off points in the conversion process.
- Improve forecasting accuracy by providing data-backed insights on pipeline generation and marketing spend efficiency.
- Strengthen marketing data infrastructure and automation by integrating analytics across key
COMPETENCIES &QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related data-driven role in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analytics tools to extract and analyze complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, and other marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, and campaign ROI measurement.
- Expertise in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to create dashboards and data visualizations.
- Experience in A/B testing, statistical modeling, and forecasting to drive data-backed marketing decisions.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations
