Job Description:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all critical day-to-day operational needs of the business. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will work closely with various teams, from sales to inventory management and manufacturing operations, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily office operations, including administrative tasks, customer inquiries, and correspondence.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with sales team to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels to meet sales targets.
- Monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality and consistency. (Preferred)
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions. (Preferred)
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in office management, operations management, or related role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Must be willing to roll up sleeves and get hands dirty as needed.
