Firm Overview

Our client is a healthcare services and healthcare IT private equity firm that manages approximately $300 million of committed capital that makes control and minority investments in companies with high growth potential with $10-50M of enterprise value. The firm’s strategy involves utilizing their extensive healthcare operating and transaction experience, strategic resources and industry relationships to drive enhanced long-term sustainable growth and increase value for the companies that it partners with. The firm does this through its CEO Advisory business model, which is made up of 34 successful CEOs who collectively have invested over $120 million into the firm’s funds and created over $30 billion of shareholder value, as well as several strategic healthcare investors.


As a part of a small team, the Associate will have exposure to all parts of the private equity business (transactions, operations and fund management). Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Creating analytical models (financial and operating), presentations, and written material for new investments or in support of existing portfolio companies
  • Managing some administrative/support functions/projects
  • With moderate direction, performing primary and secondary market research and diligence on target markets and investment opportunities
  • In 12-18 months, responsibilities may include running parts of platform and/or add-on transaction execution with oversight from team

Long-term career advancement within the firm is desired of the top performer. Compensation for this role would be competitive with market and would include carried interest.
