BrainWorks has partnered with a highly automated manufacturing and design company, expanding their global operations into the US. The Production Manager role will report to the General Manager and be a key part of building a production team of 25 for their brand new 70K sq. feet facility in DFW. The ideal candidate will have a strong background within lean manufacturing for smaller component products, excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Desired Experience-
- Proven experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry with a focus on smaller components with robotic assembly lines.
- Proven experience of managing and leading a team.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvements methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with blinds or window covering manufacturing processes in a plus.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued
