Company & Position Overview:

BrainWorks has partnered with a leading, privately owned service provider supporting the food manufacturing industry. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop new business across large corporate accounts in the Southeast market. Based on their revenue initiatives, they are expecting 3x growth over the next four years. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales professional who has proven experience hunting new business in a supportive but not micromanaged environment. Strong base ($120 – $140K depending on experience and track record of success), quarterly bonus / commissions, with uncapped earning potential.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Director of Corporate Accounts to develop and execute a sales plan for penetrating the target market/assigned territory including identifying target customers, making cold calls and visiting prospects in strategic call points.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing corporate accounts and actively pursuing strategic initiatives that benefit both parties.
  • Leverage deep industry and product knowledge to offer clients tailored solutions that enhance their business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives.
  • Engage in pricing discussions with corporate stakeholders to ensure profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Remote role with ability to travel up to 70% across the SE territory.
