Our client is seeking a Business Unit Controller to join the team in Fort Worth, TX. This is an exciting and newly created hybrid full-time position.

Due to company expansion, they are opening a new US location and manufacturing facility that will showcase advanced technologies and automation. The Business Unit Controller will support the General Manager in providing clear effective weekly and monthly reporting, and forecasting. This role will also be responsible for developing the finance function across the organization facilitating continued commercial growth. This position will manage the preparation of monthly accounts, including cost management & profitability analysis.


  • Preparation and delivery of the management accounts
  • Responsible for financial reporting, to include quality financial analysis
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Manage the annual audit, and establish and monitor internal controls
  • Manage the relationship with the payroll provider and report any HR related events
  • Lead ERP implementation and/or integration of new final reporting tools and systems
  • Prepare financial information and analysis as required by the stakeholders
  • Consult with third party tax consultants, providing support as required
  • Cash management and planning including foreign currency
  • Management of financial regulatory reporting
  • Ensuring adherence to accounting standards, US GAAP, and regulatory requirements


  • Accounting, finance or business-related degree, relevant certification in CA or CMA / CPA
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cost accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Experience learning new systems and prior experience with ERP integration.
  • Expertise in creating and presenting financial reports and dashboards to management.
  • Understanding of cost allocation, cost reduction strategies and cost control.
  • Experience in risk management, audit processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
