Our client, a durable consumer goods company, is seeking a Senior Analyst & Replenishment Manager overseeing Walmart and Sam’s Club’s business. They are searching for a highly skilled, dynamic, and data-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possessing expertise in replenishment and POS management. Proficiency in data insights, particularly with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, is crucial for analyzing data effectively, crafting compelling narratives, and devising robust action plans for the sales team. This is a senior role, requiring advanced mentoring skills.

Responsibilities Include:

  • The key point of contact for our customers and for all omnichannel replenishment issues, strategies, and initiatives. Provides weekly performance reporting to customers on all scorecard measures detailing business key wins and losses as well as a plan of action on metrics needing improvement.
  • Leverages analytics through Retail Link, Luminate, Madrid & Circana data to develop solid Key Performance Indicator (KPI) strategies for field execution and account management.
  • Assist sales managers/directors in executing business objectives and help develop solution-based presentations based on POS findings.
  • Partner with Sales and Demand Planning teams to analyze internal and external data tools to maintain high-level shipment forecast accuracy.
  • Works with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure supply chain readiness for promotions, new product introduction, distribution changes, and item transitions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the Replenishment Managers and other key stakeholders by analyzing, supporting, and developing overall strategies to support customer’s needs (both internal and external).

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Computer Skills: Advanced spreadsheet expertise with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Power Point and Extensive retailer and 3rd party system knowledge including Retail Link, Luminate, Circana, Madrid and Partners Online.
  • Must possess strong communication skills, demonstrating persuasiveness, decisiveness, and analytical acumen through the gathering of data and drawing of conclusions.
