We’ve been retained by a prestigious work life balance law firm to assist with a 10 to 15 year experience Senior Partner position in the Boston area. This position does not require a book of business, however, a small book 200K is a plus. This role would be for a self-starter who enjoys corporate work and helping clients, however, does not enjoy the business development side of law.
HIGHLIGHTS ABOUT THE POSITION:
- This role would work with closely held companies and act as outside legal counsel
- Work with formation and restructuring of companies/mergers and acquisitions
- Needs to have a MA bar license, any early stage private equity or corporate finance is a plus
