Location: On-site in Lititz, PA for 6 months of hands-on training, then transition to a semi-hybrid work schedule.
Pay: $22-32/hr | Hours: 37.5/week

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Senior Finance Specialist to play a key role in financial transactions, invoicing, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone with a strong finance or accounting background who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work extensively with large data sets, analyzing financial transactions related to stop-loss and aggregate claims.
- Develop, implement, and maintain accurate accounting procedures to support financial operations.
- Process financial reports for clients and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee monthly invoicing for clients, reconciling against carrier invoicing.
- Manage stop-loss and aggregate claims processing with insurance carriers.
- Support accounts receivable and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Assist with the internal audit process and maintain workflow consistency.
- Participate in special projects as needed, contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (comparable experience may be considered).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, working with large data sets.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
- Ability to analyze financial discrepancies and apply sound judgment to resolve them.
