We are exclusively partnering with a midsize law firm in their search for an experienced Technology and Outsourcing Attorney. This position will be remote with reasonable billable hourly requirement. A successful candidate will have a great understanding of technical outsourcing contracts as the majority of their practice. The bulk of this position is negotiating buy-side tech SaaS agreements with purchases in the 20M to 200M ranges. A candidate with a book of business would be a plus. The firm has an outstanding reputation, and many partners originate from prestigious AmLaw firms. The firm offers work life balance, flexibility and are strategically positioned for long-term, sustainable growth.
Key highlights about the position:
- 5+ Years of drafting technology and outsourcing contracts, software licensing agreements, integration service agreements SaaS agreements and general business contracts.
- Candidate must be able to interact with clients and have excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to draft, redline complicated technical agreements, attention to detail must be a skill.
- Position would work with in-house attorney’s, and sales professionals.
- Client relationship is a key factor in this role, building relationships, with the ability to understand the client-specific technology and outsourcing needs.
- This position services major corporations, large enterprises, hospital chains, universities and tech companies.
