Job Title: Medical Sales Representative, IVF

Location: West Coast, United States (territory split down the middle). Remote.

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Plan. Medical coverage at no cost to the employee, Dental Insurance at 50% cost to the employee, Life Insurance up to 1x salary up to $100K, Short Term Disability at no cost.

Our client is a leading provider in the IVF Medical Device market, dedicated to providing superior products and services to healthcare professionals across the United States. They are currently seeking a driven and collaborative individual to join their dynamic Sales Team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the United States Sales Team as a Medical Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the business in the IVF Medical Device market within their assigned territory. They will ensure that customers receive exceptional service throughout the purchasing process, training, support, travel arrangements, service management, and attendance at Medical Conferences. The product line includes IVF equipment, and daily use of CRM software is required. The role involves planning and coordinating customer visits, with a minimum of three days per week spent in the field. Extensive travel throughout the assigned territory is expected, following a developed sales plan to drive business growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in sales and seeks autonomy in their work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales within the IVF Medical Device market in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure superior customer experience across all aspects of the sales process.
  • Utilize CRM software for daily tasks and customer management.
  • Plan and coordinate customer visits, spending a minimum of three days per week in the field.
  • Travel extensively throughout the territory to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and the IVF process.
  • Adhere to company regulations and requirements outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Sign and adhere to the company Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and follow-up abilities.
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and put the customer’s needs first.
  • Maintain a non-smoking status to minimize exposure to VOCs in IVF clinics.
  • Utilize business acumen to drive sales results effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Medical Technology, or Life Science.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience, with a documented sales history.
  • Residence within the assigned territory.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Medical/IVF process and competitive landscape.
  • Possession of a valid US Passport and Driver’s License.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
  • Understanding of business principles to achieve sales objectives.
