Brainworks is partnered with an industry-leading utilities company in Bismarck, North Dakota for their Total Rewards Director vacancy. The company will pay a full relocation package.
As the Total Rewards Leader, you will report to the VP of Human Resources and have three direct reports. You will also meet with the Board of Directors quarterly. In this role, you will support both union and non-union hourly employee populations, leading multiple benefit plans and compensation programs.
