Part-Time Vendor Management Specialist (Contract to Hire)

📍 Kansas City, MO | 🕒 20 Hours/Week | 🏢 Onsite | 💵 $22–$24/hour
We’re partnering with a growing company in Kansas City seeking a Part-Time Vendor Management Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and is looking for a flexible, part-time schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Setting up new vendors and updating the vendor master file
  • Performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Making updates and changes to various files and records
  • Supporting the AP team with various projects as needed
  • International banking experience is a plus but not required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience with vendor setup and maintenance
  • Strong account reconciliation skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working with systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Experience with international banking is a bonus
  • Intermediate MS Excel Skills
