Our client is a fast-growing medical technology maintenance and service provider, with a focus on improving patient care and the communities they serve. This newly created Procurement Leader role will create a highly strategic sourcing organization with a focus on technical medical OEM and aftermarket parts. This position will be based onsite in south Florida with relocation assistance available. This person will lead a team of six and be a key leader in the executive leadership team as they continue to scale their operations across the United States.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial parts procurement, excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Desired experience
- 10+ years of strong negotiations, vendor management and financial acumen experience within any type of industrial parts procurement area (Medical, HVAC, Elevator, Automotive, Equipment or Utility/Energy repair).
- Proven experience in a fast-paced collaborative environment while implementing and driving best-in-class procurement processes and KPIs.
- Ability to championship change across a diverse procurement and operations team.
