Britni Brandes

Britni Brandes joins BrainWorks as a Managing Director for our Contingent Labor IT market. With seven years of extensive experience in IT, Engineering, and Telecom staffing, her career progression from Recruiter to Senior Account Manager highlights the deep expertise and dedication her clients have experienced. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Organizational Leadership from the University of North Georgia and is DEI-certified. 

Outside of her professional achievements, Britni is passionate about volunteer work, serving on the Young Professional Leadership Council for CURE Childhood Cancer. A proud Georgia native, she recently married her husband, a pilot, and enjoys life with their two fur babies—a Great Dane and a German Shepherd. In her free time, Britni is a foodie who loves trying new restaurants. She also enjoys fitness, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
