Cindy Miceli

Cindy Miceli is an integral member of the BrainWorks team as VP, Search Practice Leader. Here she partners directly with clients and navigates the full search lifecycle while building teams in Data Engineering/Architecture, CRM/Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence & Reporting, Analytics, IT/R&D, Technology Product Management and Cybersecurity. Over her 30+ years experience as a Technology Search Professional, she has developed an unparalleled network of talent and a deep understanding of roles and the impact they have in organizations. She is particularly known for her keen ability to produce fast results and advise clients on how to best compete in today’s competitive climate. Cindy is a Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR), having completed the AIRS Certification in 2021 and her diversity placement statistics far exceed the national average.

Previously, Cindy worked as a Recruiter for EDS, a Global IT Outsourcing company and Voxware, a VOIP Start-Up. She later earned the title of Top Producer at both Datanomics, an IT contracting company and Alta Associates, a Retained Search Firm in Cybersecurity. She proudly graduated from Rutgers University and holds residences in Morris County NJ and at the Jersey Shore.
