Are you ready to drive growth and shape market strategy on a national scale? Our client, a high-quality home improvement manufacturer, is seeking a National Accounts Manager overseeing accounts such as Menards and Walmart. In this role you will be reporting to the VP of Sales and will take the lead in maintaining and expanding key accounts, while actively seeking new opportunities to elevate the business. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic, action-oriented leader with solid analytical skills!

Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as primary customer contact, driving sales initiatives, coordinating line reviews, and ensuring seamless promotional planning.
• Analyze performance metrics (POS, promotions, competitive activity) and deliver weekly insights to guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Marketing to forecast demand, develop new products, and refine in-store merchandising.
• Participate in internal strategy sessions, supporting product launches and category growth through differentiated offerings.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+years of experience in sales, marketing, or analysis
  • Menards specific account management experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and fact-based selling skills
  • Must have excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop business insights
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
